摘要
目的探讨分析经椎板间入路脊柱内镜下腰椎微创手术的应用价值。方法单纯随机选取2022年1月—2024年1月龙岩博爱医院收治的160例腰椎间盘突出症患者为研究对象,以随机数表法分为对照组(采用经椎间孔入路内镜下手术治疗)与观察组(接受经椎板间入路脊柱内镜下手术治疗),各80例。比较两组治疗结果。结果观察组治疗优良率(95.00%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.228,P=0.004)。治疗前,两组腰椎功能评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组Oseestry功能障碍指数更低,腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗分数更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组C型臂X线照射次数低于对照组,手术、术后卧床以及住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论经椎板间入路脊柱内镜下腰椎微创手术在临床有着显著的效果,患者的腰椎功能恢复进度更快。
Objective To explore and analyze the application value of minimally invasive lumbar spine surgery under spinal endoscopy via transforaminal approach.Methods A total of 160 patients with lumbar disc herniation admitted to Longyan Boai Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were simple randomly selected as the research objects,and divided into the control group(treated with endoscopic surgery via intervertebral approach)and the observation group(received spinal endoscopic surgery via transforaminal approach)by random number table method,with 80 cases in each group.The treatment results of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and good rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.228,P=0.004).Before treatment,there was no tatistically significant difference in lumbar function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the observation group had lower Oseestry Dysfunction Index and higher Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores,and the difference were statistically significant(both P<0.05).The number of C-arm X-ray irradiation in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the duration of surgery,postoperative bed rest,and hospitalization were shorter than thsoe in the control group,and the difference were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive lumbar spine surgery via transforaminal approach with endoscopic spine has a significant effect in the clinic,and the recovery of lumbar spine function of the patients is faster.
