摘要
针对伸缩井架目前生产中使用一次性工艺撑,造成定位精度差、材料浪费、不易调节,以及对井架母材造成损伤等问题,分析了伸缩井架的结构、制造特点,研制出一种可调式大跨距伸缩井架组合用定位装置。介绍了定位装置的设计原则和结构,给出了技术参数,分析了原理和应用步骤。这一定位装置可以降低生产成本,解决伸缩井架生产中存在的问题。
In view of the problems of poor positioning accuracy,material waste,difficult to adjust,and damage to the derrick base metal caused by the use of one time process brace in the current production of telescopic derrick,the structure and manufacturing characteristic of telescopic derrick were analyzed,and a type of adjustable large span telescopic derrick positioning device for combining was developed.The design principle and structure of the positioning device were introduced,the technical parameter was given,and the principle and application step were analyzed.This positioning device can reduce production cost and solve the problem in the production of telescopic derrick.
