摘要
齿轮箱是HXD3D型电力机车的零部件,用于为主从动齿轮提供连续啮合,传递运动。齿轮箱箱体上待加工孔系、箱体与箱盖接合表面的尺寸精度及形位精度要求高。对此,介绍了电力机车齿轮箱箱体划线工艺,给出了具体操作方法,并分析了三维坐标划线仪的应用。
The gearbox is a component of the HXD3D electric locomotive,which is used to provide continuous meshing and transmit motion to the main driven gear.The dimensional accuracy and shape and position accuracy of the hole system to be machined on the gearbox and the joint surface of the box and the box cover are high.In this regard,the scribing process of electric locomotive gearbox was introduced,the specific operation method was given,and the application of 3D coordinate scribing instrument was analyzed.
