摘要
为了构建膨润土矿物学性质指标与性能指标之间的相关性模型,收集和整理了全国不同产地膨润土相关矿物学指标与性能指标的测试数据,并采用SPSS软件进行相关性分析及聚类分析。研究结果表明,钠离子交换容量E_(Na)^(+)、碱性系数、pH值以及底面间距d_(001)这4个矿物学性质指标两两显著相关,是影响膨胀容、膨润值、吸水率、热湿拉强度与胶质价5个性能指标的主要因素。层电荷、吸蓝量及阳离子交换量3个矿物学性质指标与湿压强度两两之间呈现出很强的相关性。将广西地区5个膨润土样品的吸蓝量数据代入湿压强度的逐步回归模型中时,其符合率均达到80%以上,说明通过测定吸蓝量可以较好地预测湿压强度。
In order to establish a correlation model between the mineralogy indexes and performance indexed of bentonite,test data on these indexes from various regions in China were collected and organized.Subsequently,SPSS software was employed for conducting correlation analysis and cluster analysis.The results demonstrated significant correlations among the four mineralogy indexes,namely sodium ion exchange capacity E_(Na)^(+),alkalinity coefficient,pH,and base spacing d_(001).These factors were found to be the primary determinants influencing five performance indexes:swelling capacity,swelling value,water absorption rate,thermal wet tensile strength,and colloid index.The three mineralogical performance indexes,namely layer charge,methylene blue index,and cation exchange capacity,exhibited a robust correlation with wet compressive strength.Substituting the methylene blue index data of five bentonite samples from Guangxi into the stepwise regression model for wet compressive strength yielded a coincidence rate exceeding 80%,indicating that measuring methylene blue index can provide improved prediction of wet compressive strength.
