摘要
随着现代高通量生物组学技术的发展及菌群研究的不断深入,口腔菌群在结直肠癌发生发展中的作用逐渐凸显。口腔菌群可通过血液循环和消化道传播并定植于肠道。肠道中来自口腔的菌群及其代谢物可引起肠上皮表观遗传改变和基因突变,并介导免疫逃逸,导致结直肠癌的发生;还可以通过调控信号通路,营造适合肿瘤生存的肿瘤微环境等促进结直肠癌发展。将其作为生物标志物用于结直肠癌的早期筛查或作为治疗靶点,对于尽早干预结直肠癌或开发治疗肿瘤新策略具有潜在临床意义。
With the research progress in modern high-throughput biomics technology and deeper exploration of the microbiota,the role of oral microbiota in the occurrence and progression of colorectal cancer has gained prominence.Oral microbiota can spread and colonize the intestine through blood circulation and the digestive tract.The intestinal microbiota originating from the oral cavity,along with its metabolites,can induce epigenetic changes and genetic mutations in the intestinal epithelium,mediate immune evasion,and contribute to the occurrence of colorectal cancer.Additionally,it can modulate signaling pathways and create a tumor microenvironment conductive to tumor survival,thus contributing to the development of colorectal cancer.Utilizing oral microbiota as a biomarker for early colorectal cancer screening or as a therapeutic target holds promising clinical implications for early intervention in colorectal cancer and the development of novel tumor treatment strategies.
