基于积分滑模控制的四开关三相Cuk逆变器研究

摘要 此处提出一种基于Cuk变换器拓扑结构的四开关三相(FSTP)逆变器设计方案,称之为FSTPCuk逆变器。首先分析了FSTPCuk逆变器的拓扑结构,然后推导了Cuk变换器的四阶模型,并将其简化以适用积分滑模控制器(ISMC)。在简化系统模型的基础上,设计了由等效控制部分和开关控制部分组成的ISMC,并将其应用于FSTPCuk逆变器。最后,通过试验装置对所提出的概念进行了验证。试验结果表明了该逆变器的有效性。该拓扑结构能够提供纯正弦输出电压。与传统的FSTP逆变器相比,FSTPCuk逆变器提高了输入直流电源的电压利用率,提供了更高的输出线电压,可以扩展到直流输入电压的全值。采用积分滑模控制,以优化系统的动态特性,能够保证系统在不同工况下的鲁棒性。 A novel design for the four switch three phase(FSTP)inverter based on the topology of the Cuk converter is proposed,which is called FSTP Cuk inverter.Firstly,the topology of the FSTP Cuk inverter is analyzed,then the fourth-order model of the Cuk converter is derived and it is simplified to use integral sliding mode controller(ISMC).Based on the simplified system model,the ISMC that consists of the equivalent control part plus the switching control part is designed and applied to the FSTP Cuk inverter.Finally,experimental setup is used to validate the proposed concept.Experimental results show the effectiveness of the proposed inverter.The proposed topology provides pure sinusoidal output voltages.Compared to traditional FSTP inverter,the proposed FSTP Cuk inverter improves the voltage utilization factor of the input DC supply,where the proposed topology provides higher output line voltage which can be extended up to the full value of the DC input voltage.The integral sliding mode control is used with the proposed topology to optimize its dynamics and ensure robustness of the system during different operating conditions.
