摘要
目的 了解黄石市2021—2023年蝇类种群密度、分布、季节消长规律及家蝇对常见杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为科学防控提供依据。方法 2021—2023年采用笼诱法对蝇类密度监测;2021年和2023年采用点滴法对家蝇抗药性调查,计算半数致死剂量(LD50)及抗性倍数。结果 2021—2023年全市共捕获蝇类739只,平均密度为4.40只/笼,其中麻蝇、厩腐蝇、家蝇分别占总数的46.55%、13.94%和13.26%。不同生境中,居民区蝇类密度最高,餐饮外环境密度最低。蝇类总体密度高峰出现在每年5—6月。家蝇对氯菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯均表现为敏感;对毒死蜱、溴氰菊酯、高效氯氟氰菊酯则产生了抗药性。结论 初步掌握了黄石市蝇类种群构成及季节消长趋势,黄石城区家蝇种群对5种杀虫剂产生不同程度抗性。建议在今后蝇类防控工作中继续加强日常监测,科学合理用药,以延缓抗药性的发展。
Objective To understand the density,distribution and seasonal fluctuation of fly populations and the resistance level of Musca domestica to common insecticides in Huangshi City from 2021 to 2023,and provide a basis for scientific control.Methods The density of flies was monitored by cage trapping method from 2021 to 2023.The resistance of Musca domestica was investigated by topical application in 2021 and 2023.The half lethal dose(LD 50)and the resistance ratio were calculated.Results A total of 739 flies were captured in the city from 2021 to 2023.The average density of flies was 4.40 flies per cage.Sarcophagidae,Muscina stabulans and Musca domestica accouned for 46.55%,13.94%,and 13.26%,respectively.The highest density of flies in different habitats was found in residential areas and the lowest density was found in the catering-related outdoor environments.The peak of overall fly density occurred in May-June each year.Musca domestica showed sensitivity to permethrin and beta-cypermethrin,and resistance to chlorpyrifos,deltamethrin and beta-cyfluthrin.Conclusion Preliminary information on the composition of fly populations and seasonal fluctuation in Huangshi was obtained.The populations of Musca domestica in the urban area of Huangshi were resistant to five insecticides to varying degrees.It is recommended that the daily monitoring of fly control should continue to be strengthened in the future,and that insecticides should be used in a scientific and rational manner so as to delay the emergence of resistance.
