基于马斯洛需求层次理论的住院医师规范化培训管理模式探讨

摘要 目的 探讨基于马斯洛需求层次理论的住院医师规范化培训管理模式。方法 通过问卷调查,基于马斯洛需求层次理论,结合当前住院医师在不同时期的需求,对调查结果进行分析。结果 通过分析发现,住院医师所处的不同需求阶段中存在共性问题,影响因素集中在年龄、家庭收入、生育情况和每月夜班数,以上差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 根据调查结果动态调整该院住培管理方法,有针对性制定激励措施,能够有效调动住院医师的积极性和主动性。 Objective To explore the standardized training management model for resident physicians based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory.Methods Through a questionnaire survey,based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and combined with the current needs of resident doctors in different periods,the survey results were analyzed.Results Through analysis,it was found that there were common problems in the different demand stages of resident doctors.The influencing factors were concentrated on age,family income,childbearing status and the number of night shifts per month.The above differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Based on the survey results,dynamically adjusting the hospital's resident training management methods and formulating targeted incentive measures can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of resident doctors.
