随着城镇化的加速推进及住房问题的日益凸显,公租房作为解决城市中低收入居民住房困难的重要途径,其建设与发展受到了广泛关注。预制装配式建筑因其建造速度快、质量易于控制及环境友好等优势,在公租房建设中显示出巨大的应用潜力。本文围绕预制装配式公租房立面表现形式展开深入探讨,旨在通过系统分析与研究,为预制装配式公租房的立面设计提供创新思路和可行方法,以提高公租房的审美价值和居住舒适度,同时也为城市可持续发展贡献力量。
As urbanization accelerates and housing issues become increasingly prominent,public rental housing has been widely recognized as a crucial approach to addressing the housing difficulties for low-and-middle-income residents in cities.The construction and development of public rental housing has attracted extensive attentions from the society.Prefabricated building,with its advantages of rapid construction speed,controllable quality,and environmental friendliness,has demonstrated tremendous application potential in the construction of public rental housing.This research delves into the façade expression forms of prefabricated public rental housing,aiming to provide innovative ideas and feasible methods for façade design of prefabricated public rental housing through systematic analysis and study,in order to enhance the aesthetic value and living comfort of public rental housing,while also contributing to the sustainable urban development.
