新生儿脓毒性休克液体管理的研究进展

摘要 新生儿脓毒性休克极易引起终末器官衰竭,是新生儿死亡的主要原因之一。早期识别和有效治疗脓毒性休克至关重要,而液体复苏在脓毒性休克治疗中占据重要地位。目前国内外关于新生儿脓毒性休克液体管理的研究较少,且对儿童脓毒性休克液体平衡管理的争议颇多。本文对新生儿脓毒性休克的液体平衡问题及液体管理现状进行综述。 Neonatal septic shock is one of the main causes of neonatal death,which is prone to end-organ failure.Early identification and effective treatment of septic shock are essential,and fluid resuscitation plays an important role in the treatment of septic shock.At home and abroad study on neonatal septic shock liquid management study is less,and the liquid balance management of septic shock in children’s controversial.This article reviews the current situation of fluid balance and fluid management in neonatal septic shock.
