摘要
目的 探讨舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中的应用效果。方法 选取天水市第一人民医院2022年2月至2023年2月收治的80例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(40例)与观察组(40例)。对照组采用罗哌卡因进行腰硬联合麻醉,观察组采用舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因进行腰硬联合麻醉。比较两组不良反应发生情况、临床指标、应激反应指标及麻醉效果。结果 两组不良反应发生情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。麻醉后,两组收缩压、心率、呼吸频率及舒张压均降低,但观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组内皮素-1、皮质醇及去甲肾上腺素水平均升高,但观察组水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组药物起效、运动恢复及镇痛时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 舒芬太尼联合罗哌卡因腰硬联合麻醉在剖宫产术中有较好的应用效果。
Objective To explore the application effect of Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 parturients with cesarean section admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Tianshui from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the parturients were divided into the control group(40 cases)and the observation group(40 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received Ropivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia,while the observation group received Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine for combined spinal-epidural anesthesia.The incidence of adverse reactions,clinical indicators,stress response indicators,and anesthesia effects were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After anesthesia,the systolic blood pressure,heart rate,respiratory frequency,and diastolic blood pressure decreased in both groups,but those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of endothelin-1,cortisol,and norepinephrine in both groups increased,but the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The drug onset time,exercise recovery time,and analgesic time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sufentanil combined with Ropivacaine combined spinal-epidural anesthesia has a good application effect in cesarean section.
