摘要
目的 观察心理护理对自然分娩初产妇产后抑郁及产后恢复的影响。方法 选取2022年3月至2023年3月滨州市中心医院收治的74例自然分娩初产妇作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为常规组(n=37,常规护理)与试验组(n=37,心理护理)。比较两组产后抑郁情况及产后恢复情况。结果 护理后,试验组爱丁堡产后抑郁量表评分低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组胃肠功能恢复时间短于常规组,子宫复旧情况优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 自然分娩初产妇应用心理护理可改善产后抑郁情况,促进产后胃肠功能恢复及子宫复旧,值得临床应用。
Objective To observe the impact of psychological care on postpartum depression and postpartum recovery of primiparas with natural delivery.Methods A total of 74 primiparas with natural delivery admitted to Binzhou Central Hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the primiparas were divided into the conventional group(n=37,conventional care)and the experimental group(n=37,psychological care)using the lottery method.The postpartum depression and postpartum recovery were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the score of Edinburgh postnatal depression scale in the experimental group was lower than that in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the experimental group was shorter than that in the conventional group,and the uterine involution was better than that of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of psychological care in primiparas with natural delivery can improve postpartum depression,promote the recovery of postpartum gastrointestinal function and uterine involution,which is worthy of clinical application.
