摘要
习近平总书记深刻阐释了中国特有的教育家精神,即心有大我、至诚报国的理想信念,言为士则、行为世范的道德情操,启智润心、因材施教的育人智慧,勤学笃行、求是创新的躬耕态度,乐教爱生、甘于奉献的仁爱之心,胸怀天下、以文化人的弘道追求。中国特有的教育家精神在教育精神人格化和具体化过程中形成,并在新时代实现了创新发展,成为促进人的全面发展、建设教育强国和实现中华民族伟大复兴的强大精神引领。从逻辑遵循和方法路径两个方面探究中国特有的教育家精神的培育与弘扬,能够为实现中国式现代化和构建人类文明新形态提供强大的人才资源。
General Secretary Xi Jinping has profoundly explained China's unique educators'spirit:the ideal conviction of a greater self(the collective)and serving the nation with sincerity,the ethical sentiment of being a model for morality and behaviour,the wisdom of fostering people by enlightening their mind and teaching them accordingly,the attitude of self-fostering by diligent learning and sincere operation and pursuing truth and innovation,the benevolent heart of being happy to teach and love students,and the pursuit of enhancing the way to view the world with a broader mind and cultivate people with our own cultures.China's unique educators'spirit has come into being in the process of personification and concretization of education spirit and has achieved innovative development in the new era,which has become a powerful spiritual leadership in promoting the all-round development of human beings,in building a strong educational country and in achieving the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.By exploring the cultivation and promotion of China's unique educators'spirit in terms of both logic and methodology,it can provide powerful human resources for the realization of Chinese modernization and the construction of a new form of human civilization.
