摘要
老旧小区改造是城市发展、城市更新的重要工作内容,在碳达峰、碳中和目标的指引下,必须提高老旧小区改造规划设计水平,融入绿色建筑理念和技术,减少资源消耗。论文研究了绿色建筑技术在城市老旧小区改造中的应用,在明确老旧小区改造现实情况的基础上,分析了绿色建筑技术应用的必要性和可行性,并从建筑外墙改造、建筑屋顶改造、建筑内部改造、公共区域改造等方面出发,强调了绿色建筑技术在城市老旧小区改造中的应用要点。
The transformation of old residential areas is an important part of urban development and urban renewal.Under the guidance of the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality,it is necessary to improve the planning and design of old residential areas,integrate green building concepts and technologies,and reduce resource consumption.This paper studies the application of green building technology in the reconstruction of old urban residential areas,analyzes the necessity and feasibility of the application of green building technology on the basis of the clear transformation of old residential areas,and starts from the reconstruction of building external walls,building roof,building interior and public areas.The key points of application of green building technology in the transformation of old urban residential areas are emphasized.
