摘要
阿尔茨海默病(alzheimer’s disease,AD)是一种中枢神经系统退行性疾病,其治疗是现阶段的研究热点。中医对AD的发病机制和治疗有独到的见解,文章从五脏角度阐述了它的病因病机,从针刺作用方面解释了其治疗原则。针灸在AD的治疗上具有独特的优势和效果,针刺通过调节脏腑经脉的阴阳气血平衡,达到治疗效果,穴位的选择和针法的选取是针灸治疗中的重中之重。文章从“经脉所过,主治所及”理论出发,通过回顾针灸治疗AD的基础和临床研究,探讨了在AD的治疗中所选取的经脉、经脉中的穴位,分析了经脉及穴位的作用机制,同时讨论了在临床AD治疗中各家针法的选穴及中、西医作用原理。希冀通过文章为广大科研工作者提供研究思路,进一步揭示针刺在AD治疗中的深层作用原理,以期为临床治疗AD提供一定的参考依据,寻找可能具有真正改善疾病的治疗方法。
Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a degenerative disease of the central nervous system,and its treatment is a hot research topic at this stage.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has unique insights into the pathogenesis and treatment of AD,and this paper describes its etiology and pathogenesis from the perspective of the five viscera,and explains its therapeutic principles in terms of the effects of acupuncture.Acupuncture has unique advantages and effects in the treatment of AD.Acupuncture achieves therapeutic effects by regulating the balance of Yin and Yang,Qi and blood in the internal organs and meridians,and the selection of acupoints and needling method is the most important in acupuncture treatment.Starting from the theory of“where the meridians pass,the main treatment reaches”,this article reviews the basic and clinical research on acupuncture treatment of AD,discusses the meridians and acupoints in the meridians selected in the treatment of AD,analyzes the mechanism of the meridians and acupoints,and discusses the selection of acupoints of each acupuncture method and the principle of Chinese and Western medicine in the clinical treatment of AD.It is hoped that this paper will provide research ideas for the majority of researchers to further reveal the deeper action principle of acupuncture in the treatment of AD,with a view to providing a certain reference basis for the clinical treatment of AD,and searching for therapeutic methods that may have the potential to truly improve the disease.
