摘要
根据HJ 640—2012《环境噪声监测技术规范城市声环境常规监测》,结合大连市地方性法规、声环境功能区划,综合考虑用地现状、交通路网、地形地貌等影响区域声环境的要素,确定了大连市中心区区域声环境监测点位优化调整原则和路径。经过初步确定点位数量和网格大小,通过现场踏勘和深度优化,在满足技术规范要求的前提下,全面、客观地确定了能够如实反映大连市中心区区域声环境质量状况的监测点位。
According to the“Technical Specifications for Environmental Noise Monitoring Routine Monitoring for Urban Environment Noise”(HJ 640-2012),combined with local laws and regulations of Dalian,acoustic environment function zoning,comprehensive consideration of land use status,transportation network,topography and other factors involved,the optimization and adjustment principle and path of regional acoustic environment monitoring point in Dalian city center were determined.After preliminary determination of the number of points and the size of the grid,field survey and further optimization,the monitoring points that can truthfully reflect the regional acoustic environment quality of Dalian city center are determined comprehensively and objectively under requirements of technical specifications.
