摘要
超声是临床常用的影像学检查和物理治疗方法。声遗传学是利用超声选择性调控利用声敏蛋白进行基因工程改造的细胞的技术,可用于调控细胞功能,具有非侵入性和增强的空间聚焦性,有望为神经系统疾病、心血管系统疾病及恶性肿瘤等治疗提供新思路。寻找合适的声敏蛋白是开发声遗传学技术的主要目标和挑战。本文就声遗传学的研究进展作一综述。
Ultrasound is a common imaging examination and physical therapy method in clinical practice.Sonogenetics uses ultrasound to selectively modulate cells which are genetically engineered with sound-sensitive proteins,and it can be used to manipulate cell functions,with non-invasive and enhanced spatial focus.Sonogenetics is expected to be a new therapeutic strategy for neurological diseases,cardiovascular diseases and tumor-related diseases.To find the right sound-sensitive protein is the main challenge to develop the technology of sonogenetics.This paper reviews the research progress of sonogenetics.
