交互式群组管理在脑卒中吞咽障碍患者中的应用

摘要 目的探究交互式群组管理对脑卒中吞咽障碍患者的影响。方法以西安市某三级甲等医院康复科2021年2月—2022年9月收治的70例脑卒中吞咽障碍患者为研究对象,其中2021年2月—11月的35例患者为对照组,2021年12月—2022年9月的35例患者为试验组。对照组给予常规康复护理,试验组在常规康复护理基础上实施以线下团体健康教育、线上会议、作业点评、训练打卡为主要内容的交互式群组管理。干预后比较两组吞咽障碍疗效、营养状况、并发症发生情况、生活质量。结果干预后,试验组的吞咽功能疗效优于对照组(P=0.004),试验组体质指数、白蛋白、血红蛋白水平及生活质量评分高于对照组(均P<0.05),且试验组并发症发生率低于对照组(P=0.003)。结论交互式群组管理可改善患者营养状况和吞咽功能,同时降低并发症发生率,提高其生活质量。 Objective To explore the effect of interactive group management on patients with dysphagia after stroke.Methods A total of 70 stroke patients with dysphagia admitted to the rehabilitation department of a tertiary A hospital in Xi'an from February 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research participants.Among them,35 patients admitted from February 2021 to November 2021 were recruited to the control group,and 35 patients admitted from December 2021 to September 2022 were classified to the observation group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation care.Besides routine rehabilitation nursing,the experimental group got interactive group management with offline group health education,online meeting,job comment and training punching as the main contents.The effect of dysphagia,nutritional status,complications,and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and eight weeks after the intervention.Results After intervention,the swallowing function of experimental group was better than that of control group(P=0.004).The body mass index,albumin,hemoglobin and quality of life score of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the total incidence of complications of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P=0.003).Conclusion Interactive group management can improve the nutritional status and swallowing function of patients,reduce the incidence of complications and improve the quality of life.
