摘要
近年来,越来越多的中资企业“走出去”,海外民众学习中文、了解中国、掌握职业技能的需求与日俱增,“中文+职业技能”教育也持续向好。探索云南省“中文+职业技能”国际化复合人才培养存在的问题和对策,既是为职业教育“走出去”提供可借鉴的宝贵经验,更是研究海外本土国际中文教育的有益补充。探索云南发展“中文+职业技能”的措施主要有:国内外政校企+教育资源多源聚能、创新国际化人才培养模式和教学管理、研发“中文+职业技能”教材和数字教学资源、构建国际化职业技能人才培养培训标准体系。
“Chinese plus vocational skills”education model has been incubated and people outside China have increasing demands for learning Chinese,understanding China and grasping vocational skills when more and more Chinese enterprises have gone global in recent years.Exploring the challenges and strategies in the internationalized compound talent development of“Chinese plus Vocational Skills”in the vocational colleges not only provides valuable insights for the“going global”initiative in vocational education but also serves as a beneficial addition to the research on overseas local international Chinese education.This paper summarizes the status quo and problems of vocational education in Yunnan Province and international cooperation and exchange quality of Chinese education.On this basis,it puts forward the countermeasures for Yunnan to develop“Chinese plus vocational skills”,such as multi-source energy gathering of government-school-enterprise+educational resources at home and abroad,focusing on the implementation of teaching and management from an international perspective,innovating international talent training mode,developing textbooks and digital teaching resources for“Chinese plus vocational skills”education model,promoting the construction of an international standard system for the cultivation and training of talents with vocational skills.
