高校学生体质健康多主体协同培养机制探索及优化策略

摘要 分析高校学生体质健康多主体协同培养机制,发现其基于协同治理理论,表现在系统结构协同、系统目标统一、主体职责明确、信息资源整合等方面;分析高校学生体质健康困境,主要表现在政策执行、场地设施、体育教学、价值观念等方面。基于此,以理论为基础,以问题为导向,从加强顶层设计,提升政策执行效力;深化主体价值观念,促进目标统一;发挥学校主阵地作用,增加学生体育参与行为;利用大数据赋能,助力资源整合4个方面,阐述高校学生体质健康优化策略,旨在为研究学者提供有价值的参考。 This paper analyzes the multi-subject collaborative training mechanism for the physical health of college students,and finds that it is based on the theory of collaborative governance and manifested in system structure collaboration,system goal unity,subject responsibility clarity,information resource integration and other aspects.It analyzes the dilemmas of the physical health of college students,which are mainly manifested in policy implementation,venue facilities,physical education teaching,values and other aspects.Based on this,with theory as the foundation and the problem as the orientation,this article elaborates on strategies for optimizing the physical health of college students from four aspects:strengthening top-level design to enhance the effectiveness of policy implementation,deepening the values of subjects to promote the unity of goals,giving full play to the role of the school as the main battlefield to increase sports participation behavior,and utilizing big data empowerment to assist in resource integration,aiming to provide valuable references for research scholars.
