摘要
针对有机植筋胶存在的锚固性能差、耐久性不佳等现象,为探究超高性能混凝土(UHPC)作为无机植筋材料的安全可靠性,该文将UHPC作为植筋材料,分别进行了单筋基本锚固性能试验和植筋群锚固性能试验。结果表明,UHPC作为植筋粘结材料,表现出了很好的粘结锚固效果,对于直径28 mm和32 mm钢筋,当钢筋直径一致时,钢筋与UHPC的锚固性能随着锚固长度的增加,极限荷载逐渐增加,而极限粘结应力逐渐减小,UHPC作为植筋材料,其锚固长度大于10倍钢筋直径时,可满足钢筋锚固要求;在不同的钢纤维掺量、钢筋直径、植筋孔洞深度和孔洞直径的情况下,均表现为钢筋断裂的破坏模式,研究成果可为UHPC无机材料植筋的工程应用提供参考。
In response to the poor anchorage performance and durability of organic reinforcing adhesives,this paper aims to explore the safety and reliability of Ultra-High Performance Concrete(UHPC)as an inorganic reinforcing material.By using UHPC as the reinforcing material,tests on the basic anchorage performance of single rebar and the anchorage performance of rebar groups were conducted.The results show that UHPC,as a bonding and anchoring material,exhibits excellent bonding and anchorage effects.When the diameter of the rebar is consistent,the anchorage performance of the rebar to UHPC increases with the length of anchorage,resulting in a gradual increase in ultimate load and a gradual decrease in ultimate bond stress.UHPC,as a reinforcing material,meets the anchorage requirements for rebar when the anchorage length is greater than 10d.Under different conditions of steel fiber content,rebar diameter,depth of the reinforcing hole,and diameter of the hole,the failure mode is consistently rebar fracture.The findings of this study can provide a reference for the engineering application of UHPC as an inorganic reinforcing material.
