摘要
针对煤的真密度测定方法之一的氦气置换法进行了系统地分析与研究,选取了10个分析煤样进行真密度分析,筛选了氦气置换法测真密度的测定条件。将氦气置换法测得值与传统国标方法测得值进行比对,结合煤质基础分析和煤的孔结构表征,发现了2种方法对不同煤阶煤的适用性差异。在低阶煤阶段,褐煤与低阶烟煤样品受高水含量及表面含氧官能团的影响导致其亲水性强,因此传统方法中使用的置换样品孔的介质(水)易与样品发生吸附作用导致结果失准,测定结果与氦气置换法相比真密度测定值高,氦气置换法更具优势;在无烟煤阶段,部分无烟煤受其微孔影响在氦气置换法测试过程中氦气压力难以平衡,真空前处理更具优势。通过多家实验室比对,最终确定了氦气置换法的操作过程、方法参数及不同煤阶样品的精密度,为煤的真密度测定提供了准确、快速、无损的分析方法,推动了煤质分析的自动化发展。
The helium gas displacement method,one of the methods for determining the true density of coal,was systematically analyzed and researched.Ten coal samples were selected for true density analysis,and the conditions for determining true density using helium gas displacement method were selected.The values obtained by the helium gas replacement method were compared with those obtained by the traditional national standard method.Combined with coal quality basic analysis and coal pore structure characterization,it was found that the applicability of the two methods for coal of different coal ranks were different.For the low rank coal,lignite and low rank bituminous coal samples were influenced by high water content and surface oxygen-containing functional groups,resulting in their strong hydrophilicity.Therefore,the medium(water)of sample displacement pores used in traditional methods was prone to adsorption with the sample,leading to inaccurate results,and the measured results were higher than the true density measured by helium gas displacement method,so the helium gas displacement method had more advantages.For the anthracite,some anthracites were affected by their micropores,and the helium gas pressure was difficult to balance during the helium gas displacement method testing process,making vacuum pre-treatment more advantageous.Through multiple laboratory comparisons,the operating process,method parameters and the precision of different coal rank samples of the helium gas replacement method were finally determined,providing an accurate,fast,and non-destructive analysis method for the true density determination of coal,and promoting the automation development of coal quality analysis.
