摘要
目的探讨手术室护士职业尊重感在安全组织与职业偏差行为间的中介效应,为采取针对性措施减少其职业偏差行为提供参考。方法采用护理人员职业偏差行为量表、安全组织量表及护士职业尊重感量表对729名手术室护士进行调查。结果手术室护士职业偏差行为评分为(25.02±5.96)分;职业尊重感、安全组织与职业偏差行为评分呈负相关(均P<0.05),职业尊重感在安全组织与职业偏差行为间起部分中介效应,占总效应的58.54%。结论安全组织水平越高手术室护士的职业偏差行为越少,职业尊重感在两者间起部分中介作用。应积极营造安全文化氛围,促进手术室护士工作中的安全行为,提高其职业尊重感,从而减少职业偏差行为。
Objective To explore the mediating effect of job esteem among operating room nurses between safety organizing and workplace deviance behavior,and to provide reference for nursing managers to take targeted measures to reduce their workplace deviance behavior.Methods A survey was conducted on 729 operating room nurses using the Evaluation Scale of Workplace Deviance Behavior of Nurses,the Safety Organizing Scale,and Job-Esteem Scale for Nurses in Hospital.Results The score of workplace deviance behavior among operating room nurses was(25.02±5.96)points.There was a negative correlation between job esteem,safety organizing,and workplace deviance behavior scores(all P<0.05).Job esteem played a partial mediating role between safety organizing and workplace deviance behavior,accounting for 58.54%of the total effect.Conclusion The higher the level of safety organizing,the less workplace deviance behavior of operating room nurses,and the job esteem plays a partial mediating role between the two variables.We should actively create a safety culture atmosphere,promote safe behaviors in the work of operating room nurses,and enhance their job esteem,in an effort to reduce workplace deviance behavior.
