聚丙烯中试装置DCS存在的问题及升级优化

摘要 介绍并分析了中国石油聚丙烯中试装置DCS系统升级改造的原因和问题,聚丙烯中试装置DCS控制系统新旧软硬件版本不兼容切长年带电工作,硬件老化严重,服务器和操作站响应慢、卡顿,对于旧版硬件系统,厂家已停止提供备件支持,影响装置的安全、稳定、长周期运行,针对存在的问题提出了DCS升级改造方案,通过硬件和软件升级提高了DCS控制系统的操作稳定性和运行效率。 The reasons and problems of DCS system upgrading and reforming in the Polypropylene Pilot-Plant of CNPC were introduced and analyzed,the old and new versions of hardware and software of DCS control system which were belonged to the polypropylene pilot plant are not compatible with each other.It had been working with continuous power for years,causing serious aging of the hardware,slow and slow response of the server and operation station.For the old hardware system,the manufacturer had stopped providing spare parts,affecting the safety,stability and long-term operation of the Polypropylene Pilot-Plant.For the above existing problems,the DCS upgrade scheme was put forward,by upgrading hardware and software,the operation stability and efficiency of DCS control system were improved.
