摘要
自发性建造在汉正街新安九如片内大量存在,该文引入空间挪用的概念,将自发性建造视为空间挪用的一种具体表现,包含对建筑内部私有空间的挪用和对外部公共空间的挪用。通过对新安九如片内自发性建造的深入观察,收集、记录并分析其形态,从行为—空间的角度,总结自发性建造的空间挪用类型,分为外部加建、内院加建、屋顶加建和室内改造四大类,各大类又包含诸多小类,同时探讨各类自发性建造的原因及建造逻辑。基于此,提出针对建筑设计和城市更新的思考。
Spontaneous construction exists in large quantities in the Xin'anjiuru block of Hanzhengjie.We introduce the concept of spatial appropriation,and regard spontaneous construction as a specific manifestation of spatial appropriation,which includes the appropriation of private space inside the building and the appropriation of public space outside.Through in-depth observation of spontaneous construction in Xin'anjiuru block,we collect,record and analyze its forms,and summarize the types of spatial appropriation of spontaneous construction from a behavioral-spatial point of view,dividing them into four major types of external additions,internal courtyard additions,rooftop additions,and indoor remodeling,with many subtypes in each type,we also explore the reasons for each type of spontaneous construction and its constructional logic.Based on this,we propose some thoughts on architectural design and urban renewal.
