摘要
我国澳门特别行政区公共图书馆历史悠久,办馆理念先进,多元化发展特征显著,是中国澳门历史文化和公共文化的重要体现。通过对澳门地区公共图书馆办馆主体、空间建设、馆藏建设和社会服务的多元化特征分析,探讨可借鉴的经验:政府主导,社会参与,促进建设与运营主体多元化;选址布局规模均衡适度,促进协调发展;“请进来”“走出去”双向拓展,促进服务品质提升。
Public libraries in Macao Special Administrative Region of China have a long history,advanced management concepts and significant characteristics of diversified development,which are important embodiment of China Macao′s historical and public culture.By analyzing the diversified characteristics of public libraries′main body,spatial construction,collection construction and social services in Macao region,this paper discusses the experience that can be used for reference:giving full play to the leading role of the government,guiding social participation,and promoting the diversification of construction and operation subjects;balanced and moderate location layout and scale to promote coordinated development;"inviting in"and"going out"strategies are expanded in both directions to promote the improvement of service quality.
