基于VGG-19的带式输送机滚动轴承故障模型分析与应用

摘要 针对传统带式输送机轴承故障诊断方法存在检测准确度低、工作人员劳动强度高、诊断时间长的问题,构建了一套以VGG-19理论为基础的轴承故障诊断系统,并对其算法进行优化。通过实际应用,结果表明:优化后的算法能够准确地提取出轴承的故障信号,故障诊断准确率高达98%,极大地提升了故障诊断效率,降低了维修成本,既能够有效地防止煤矿事故发生,同时又保障了煤矿安全与高效生产。 Aiming at the problems of low detection accuracy,high labour intensity and long diagnosis time of the traditional belt conveyor bearing fault diagnosis methods,a bearing fault diagnosis system based on VCG-19 theory is constructed and its algorithm is optimized.Through practical application,the results show that the optimised algorithm can accurately extract the fault signals of the bearings,and the fault diagnosis accuracy rate is as high as 98%,which greatly improves the fault diagnosis efficiency and reduces the maintenance cost.It can effectively prevent coal mine accidents from occurring,and at the same time ensure the safe and efficient production of coal mines.
