摘要
以ZF3700/16/26型液压支架为研究对象,介绍一种适用于液压支架底座优化的优化设计。具体研究中采用仿真分析方法对液压支架底座实施静力学仿真分析,结合仿真分析结果介绍液压支架底座优化设计。为验证液压支架底座优化设计的应用效果,将优化设计应用于工程实践,对比优化前后底座质量、性能变化,最终确认液压支架底座优化设计可有效实现降低成本的优化目的。
Taking ZF3700/16/26 hydraulic support as the research object,an optimal design for the optimisation of hydraulic support base is introduced.In the specific study,simulation analysis method is used to implement static simulation analysis on the hydraulic support base,and the optimal design of hydraulic support base is introduced in combination with the simulation analysis results.In order to verify the application effect of the optimised design of hydraulic support base,the optimised design is applied to engineering practice,comparing the quality and performance changes of the base before and after optimisation,and finally confirming that the optimised design of hydraulic support base can effectively achieve the optimisation purpose of cost reduction.
