三七无土育苗基质筛选初探

摘要 目的研究三七无土育苗基质,筛选出最佳基质配方,改变三七传统育苗方式,拓宽三七育苗渠道,提升三七种苗质量等级。方法以红壤土、泥炭、火山灰、珍珠岩、沸石、蛭石、河沙和有机肥为原料,按照不同组合方式和用量配制基质。统计和分析试验数据,筛选出最佳的三七无土育苗基质配方。结果三七无土育苗最佳的基质配方为处理C(河沙∶泥炭∶珍珠岩=3∶4∶3),其次是处理E(蛭石∶沸石∶有机肥=2∶5∶3)和处理I(河沙∶泥炭∶珍珠岩=3∶3∶4)。结论无土育苗可提高三七的出苗率和存苗率,优化三七的农艺性状,降低三七的病虫害率,增加三七的单株鲜重,提升三七的质量等级。 Objective To study the soilless seedling breeding medium of Panax notoginseng,find out the best substrate formula,change the traditional seedling cultivation method,expand the seedling cultivation channel,and improve the quality grade of Panax notoginseng seedling.Methods Using red loam,peat,volcanic ash,perlite,zeolite,vermiculite,river sand and organic fertilizer as raw materials,the matrix was prepared according to different combinations and dosage.Statistical and analysis of experimental data to select the best formula for the soilless seedling of Panax notoginseng.Results Treatment C(river sand:peat:perlite=3:4:3)was the best formula for the soilless cultivation of Panax notoginseng,followed by treatment E(vermiculite:zeolite:organic fertilizer=2:5:3)and treatment I(river sand:peat:perlite=3:3:4).Conclusion Soilless seedling cultivation can improve the emergence rate and retention rate of Panax notoginseng,optimize the agronomic traits,reduce the rate of disease and insect pests,increase the fresh weight per plant,and improve the quality grade of Panax notoginseng.
