双线圈永磁接触器合分闸电容双向倍压的分回路同步充电控制系统设计

摘要 目的:针对双线圈永磁接触器的合分闸电容充电电路体积大、电容寿命急剧下降的问题,提出一种合分闸电容双向倍压的分回路同步充电控制系统,实现双线圈永磁接触器合分闸电容快速安全充电。方法:构建双向倍压整流电路,使用Multisim建立的仿真模型进行测试,通过PWM波控制充电电路两端电压,并对波形进行分析。结果:对倍压整流电路两端电压进行检测,两端电压可达到350 V,对合分闸充电电容两端充电电压进行控制,可以将充电电压稳定在150 V。结论:该设计实现合分闸电容双向倍压整流功能,一定程度上增加合分闸电容的工作寿命,大大提高电力设备运行的稳定性和安全性。 Objective:Aiming at solving the problems of large volume and sharp decrease of capacitor life of double-coil permanent magnet contactor,a double-voltage double circuit synchronous charging control system of double-coil permanent magnet contactor was proposed to realize fast and safe charging of double-coil permanent magnet contactor.Methods:The bidirectional voltage doubling rectifier circuit was constructed,the simulation model established by Multisim was tested,and the voltage at both ends of the charging circuit was controlled by PWM wave,and the waveform was analyzed.Results:The voltage at both ends of the voltage doubling rectifier circuit was tested,and the voltage at both ends could reach 350 V.The charging voltage at both ends of the closing and opening charging capacitor was controlled,and the charging voltage could be stabilized at about 150 V.Conclusion:The experimental and simulation results showed that the design realized the function of bidirectional voltage doubling rectification of the capacitor,increased the working life of the capacitor to a certain extent,and greatly improved the stability and safety of power equipment operation.
