摘要
目的:探讨非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)、空腹血清甘油三酯葡萄糖乘积指数(TyG)和血浆致动脉粥样硬化指数(AIP)对糖尿病前期的诊断和预测价值.方法:收集了2020年某铁路企业58030名在职职工的健康数据,采用非条件Logistic回归模型分析non-HDL-C、TyG、AIP与糖尿病前期的关系,并绘制ROC曲线评估这些指标的预测能力.结果:2020年该企业58030名职工糖尿病前期患病率为6.3%.相关性分析发现随着non-HDL-C(r=0.095,P<0.05)、TyG(r=0.211,P<0.05)和AIP(r=0.113,P<0.05)的增加,糖尿病前期患病率逐渐升高.二元Logistic回归分析显示,non-HDL-C(OR=1.472,95%CI=1.423~1.523)、TyG(OR=3.929,95%CI=3.723~4.145)和AIP(OR=4.324,95%CI=3.897~4.797)均为糖尿病前期患病的影响因素.ROC曲线分析进一步证明了non-HDL-C、TyG和AIP对糖尿病前期的预测作用.结论:non-HDL-C、TyG和AIP在筛查中有助于早期预警诊断潜在的糖尿病患者.
Objective The present article aimed to investigate the diagnostic and predictive value of non-high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(non-HDL-C),fasting serum triglycerides-glucose(TyG)index,and atherogenic index of plasma(AIP)for prediabetes,and to provide theoretical basis for early prevention and control of diabetes.Methods Health data were collected from 58030 employees of a railway enterprise in 2020.The unconditional logistic regression models was utilized to analyze the relationship between non-HDL-C,TyG index,AIP index and prediabetes.ROC curves were plotted to assess the predictive ability of these indicators.Results In 2020,the prevalence of prediabetes among 58,031 employees of the enterprise was 6.3%.Correlation analysis found that as non-HDL-C(r=0.095,P<0.05),TyG(r=0.211,P<0.05),AIP(r=0.113,P<0.05)were increased,the prevalence of prediabetes gradually increased.Binary logistic regression analysis showed that non-HDL-C(OR=1.472,95%CI=1.423-1.523),TyG(OR=3.929,95%CI=3.723-4.145),and AIP(OR=4.324,95%CI=3.897-4.797)were all influencing factors for prediabetes.ROC curve analysis further confirmed the predictive role of non-HDL-C,TyG index,and AIP index for prediabetes.Conclusion Non-HDL-C,TyG index and AIP index contributed to the early warning and diagnosis of potential diabetes patients in screening.
