摘要
“涂料片”夹渣缺陷是消失模铸造工艺生产铸铁件时易出现而又较难于解决的问题。通过分析其产生的根本原因,改进浇注工艺,改进涂料配比等措施,进而提高其低温强度,最终达到减轻铸件出现“涂料片”夹渣缺陷的效果,提高了铸件质量。
The slag inclusion defect of"coating sheet"is a common and difficult problem to solve in the production of cast iron castings using the lost foam casting process.By analyzing tl»e root cause of its occurrence,corresponding process measures have been taken.Improving the pouring process design.improving the coating ratio,and increasing its low-temperature strength can greatly reduce and avoid the occurrence of"coating flakes"slag inclusion defects in castings,thereby improving the quality of castings.
