摘要
慢性心衰已成为威胁人类生命健康的主要心血管疾病。刘中勇教授总结多年的临床经验,首次提出了从浊论治慢性心衰,认为慢性心衰的核心在于心阳不足、阴寒内生造成人体的气血阴阳失衡,是导致此病之本,痰、瘀、脂、水等浊邪的病理产物形成发展是导致此病之标。因此治疗要以温阳益气、通腑泄浊为总则,通过通补兼施达到标本兼治的目的。
Chronic heart failure has become a major cardiovascular disease threatening human life and health.Professor Liu Zhongyong summarized his many years of clinical experience and first proposed the treatment of chronic heart failure from turbidity.It is believed that the root cause of chronic heart failure lies in the imbalance of qi,blood and yin-yang produced on the basis of the defi⁃ciency of heart yang and endogenous yin and cold,which is the root of the disease,and the pathological products such as turbid phlegm,turbid blood stasis,turbid fat and turbid water are the standard of the disease.Therefore,the treatment should be taken warm⁃ing yang,benefiting qi,dredging fu-organs and expelling turbidity as the overall principle,and achieve the purpose of treating both symptoms and root causes through dredging and tonifying.
