代际主体互动视角下我国家庭托育支持模式探析

摘要 “家中无人照看”“托育费用高”一直是制约我国家庭生育意愿的重要因素,基于代际关系的家庭托育模式可以作为托育服务的补充形式来解决这一困境。文章基于代际主体互动视角,运用扎根理论的方法,以50个有婴幼儿托育需求的家庭为研究对象,通过半结构化访谈收集数据并作三级编码分析,发现家庭内祖、父辈的托育代际互动主要是从代际支持和代际冲突两个层面展开。针对出现的矛盾冲突,文章从家庭、社区和政府三个层面提出调节策略,以期构建良好的家庭代际关系,为家庭托育支持模式的构建提供新思路,以保证0~3岁婴幼儿在早期得到健康成长。 The “absence of childcare at home” and the “high cost of external childcare services” have been important factors deterring families in China from having more children. The family care models, based on intergenerational relationships, can serve as complementary forms of childcare services to address this dilemma. From the perspective of intergenerational subject interaction, grounded theory was employed to investigate 50 families with childcare needs for infants and toddlers. Data elicited from semi-structured interviews were analyzed through three-leveled coding. Results have revealed that, within families, childcare-related intergenerational interactions between grandparents and parents are manifested as either intergenerational support or intergenerational conflict. Therefore, this paper proposes regulation strategies across three tiers(family, community, and government) to foster positive family intergenerational relationships, to provide new ideas for the construction of family childcare support models, and to ensure healthy development of infants and toddlers aged 0~3 years during their early years.
