基于结构方程模型和云模型的输电线路施工安全风险评价

摘要 为了更精确地评价输电线路施工安全风险,结合输电线路施工的特点,以人员、材料设备、管理、技术和环境五个风险因素类别为切入点,构建输电线路施工安全风险评价指标体系。考虑到输电线路施工项目的适用性及评价指标相互影响的因素,采用结构方程模型(structural equation model,SEM)确定各观察变量与潜在变量之间的路径系数并计算评价指标的权重,结合云模型评价法确定输电线路施工的安全风险等级。研究结果表明:所研究项目的施工安全风险等级较低,评价结果与项目实际情况相符。所建模型评价结果合理、可靠,具有良好的应用价值,为输电线路施工安全风险评价提供了新思路。 In order to more accurately evaluate the safety risk of transmission line construction,combined with the characteristics of transmission line construction,the five risk factor categories of personnel,materials and equipment,management,technology and environment are taken as the breakthrough points to build the safety risk evaluation index system of the transmission line construction.Considering the applicability of the transmission line construction project and the factors affecting the evaluation indexes,the structural equation model(SEM)is used to determine the path coefficient between the observed variables and the potential variables,calculate the weight of the evaluation indexes,and determine the safety risk level of the transmission line construction in combination with the cloud model evaluation method.The empirical research results show that the construction safety risk level of the research project is low,and the evaluation results are consistent with the actual situation of the project.The evaluation results of the model are reasonable,reliable and have good application value,which provides a new idea for the safety risk evaluation of the transmission line construction.
