摘要
设计一套基于人工智能的机电设备自动化控制系统。首先,针对不同类型的机电设备设计相应的自动化控制方案。其次,提出一种基于模糊控制的机电设备自动化控制系统自适应跟随控制策略。再次,建立基于模糊控制的位置闭环控制系统优化模型。最后,进行实验验证,比较自动化控制系统与传统控制系统的性能差异。结果表明,自动化控制系统能够根据机电设备的工作环境和负载情况进行智能调节和优化,提高了机电设备的工作效率和能源利用率。
Design a set of mechanical and electrical equipment automation control system based on artificial intelligence.Firstly,the corresponding automation control scheme is designed for different types of electromechanical equipment.Secondly,an adaptive following control strategy based on fuzzy control is proposed for automatic control system of electromechanical equipment.Thirdly,the optimization model of position closed-loop control system based on fuzzy control is established.Finally,experiments are carried out to compare the performance difference between the automatic control system and the traditional control system.The results show that the automatic control system can intelligently adjust and optimize according to the working environment and load of the mechanical and electrical equipment,and improve the working efficiency and energy utilization rate of the mechanical and electrical equipment.
