This paper describes the application of automation systems in temperature,airflow velocity,and data processing,and explores the key roles of PID algorithm,adaptive airflow velocity control,and real-time data processing.It integrates advanced control technology into the analysis process,and the online oil spectrum equipment exhibits higher accuracy,responsiveness,and robustness in adapting to diverse and dynamic environments.
