摘要
在皮革加工过程中,使用各种不同化学品将生皮转化为最终的皮革产品,伴随产生不同类型的废物。皮革工业排放的污水含有高浓度的有毒化学品和重金属,会严重破坏环境。由动物的生皮加工而来的固体废物包括毛发、肉、革屑、污泥等。为了控制向环境排放的污染物,并减少废物的产生,制革工业根据污水或固废的类型,采用各种处理工艺,以实现向零废物排放的目标迈进。本文介绍了制革废物的种类及处理技术,以期为制革工业的绿色发展提供借鉴。
In the leather processing,various chemicals are used to convert rawhide into leather,accompanied by the generation of different types of waste.The wastewater discharged from the leather industry contains high concentra⁃tions of toxic chemicals and heavy metals,which can seriously damage the environment.Solid waste generated from the processing of animal hides includes hair,meat,leather scraps,sludge,and so on.In order to control the dis⁃charge of pollutants into the environment and reduce waste generation,the leather industry adopts various treatment processes based on the type of sewage or solid waste,so as to achieve the goal of zero waste discharge.This paper in⁃troduced the types and treatment technologies of tannery waste,in order to provide reference for the green development of tannery industry.
