钢包双水口及滑板设计优化

摘要 针对转炉钢包机构上水口子母台周围易产生裂纹、上滑板易产生横断、下水口与长水口配合不佳等问题,优化上水口子母口的结构,增加子母台的有效果使用面积,提高上水口与上滑板配合安全系数,在与长水口配合角度不变的情况下,延长配合深度,将装配下水口调整为内装式,从设计上改进了滑板耐材安全系数,减轻了职工劳动强度,缩短了修包时间。 In response to the problems of cracks around the upper water outlet sub mother plate of the converter ladle mechanism,cross cutting of the upper slide plate,and poor coordination between the lower water outlet and the long water outlet,the structure of the upper water outlet sub mother plate is optimized,the effective use area of the sub mother plate is increased,and the safety factor of the combination between the upper water outlet and the upper slide plate is improved.While the angle of coordination with the long water outlet remains unchanged,the depth of coordination is extended,and the assembly of the lower water outlet is adjusted to an internal installation type.The safety factor of the wear-resistant material of the slide plate is improved from a design perspective,reducing the labor intensity of employees and shortening the repair time.
