摘要
文中以平均船闸闸室浪费率、船舶平均待闸时间和鲁棒性最小为目标函数,建立了突发事件下的三峡闸室编排多阶段动态优化调度模型和算法.结果表明:本研究提升了对突发事件的智能响应,减少了人工干预,提高了船舶过闸效率.
Taking the average lock chamber waste rate,the average ship waiting time and the minimum robustness as the objective function,a multi-stage dynamic optimal scheduling model and algorithm for the Three Gorges lock chamber layout under emergencies were established.The results show that this study improves the intelligent response to emergencies,reduces manual intervention,and improves the efficiency of ship passing through the gate.
