SSC95250破碎机在塔山煤矿中的应用实践

摘要 为了降低塔山煤矿原煤双齿辊破碎机的故障率,提高破碎机齿盘的使用寿命,提高设备处理能力,保证出料粒度,结合岩石脆性物料的破坏原理,采用有限元分析的方法对破碎机进行优化设计。应用Pro软件对破碎机齿盘进行应变分析,验证破碎齿的强度。研究结果表明,优化后的破碎机完全能够适应火成岩的破碎,使寿命提高了2倍以上,取得了显著的使用效果和经济效益。 In order to reduce the failure rate of raw coal double-toothed roll crusher in Tashan Coal Mine,improve the service life of the tooth plate of the crusher,improve the equipment processing capacity and ensure the granularity of the discharge,the finite element analysis method is used to optimize the design of the crusher in combination with the destruction principle of brittle rock materials.The strain analysis of crusher tooth plate is carried out by ProE software to verify the strength of crushing teeth.The results show that the optimized crusher can fully adapt to the crushing of igneous rocks,the life is increased by more than 2 times,and remarkable use effect and economic benefits are obtained.
