粉煤灰基注浆灭火材料制备及理化性能分析

摘要 煤矸石在堆积过程中热量积累,极易发生自燃。另外,粉煤灰作为燃煤电厂产生的固体废物,堆积过程中给环境带来不利影响。为了解决矸石山自燃现状,利用粉煤灰作为主要基体制备注浆灭火材料,以达到“以废治废”的目的。为了确保此类自燃矸石山彻底灭火不复燃,以自燃矸石山为研究对象,从灭火防复燃材料出发,结合粉煤灰特性,就地取材,利用园区排放的粉煤灰作为主要原料,制备一种性能稳定的粉煤灰基注浆材料,用于自燃矸石山灭火。从原料配方设计、材料物化性能等方面进行了研究,考察了水/灰比、固相比、水玻璃占水泥质量分数和石灰掺量四种因素对注浆灭火材料的流动性、黏度以及析水率等性能指标的影响规律,得出针对各项性能适宜的最佳原料配比为:水/灰比0.7、粉煤灰掺量70%,石灰掺量20%,水玻璃占水泥质量分数的6%;探讨了实验温度对黄土基注浆材料、石灰基注浆材料以及粉煤灰基注浆材料失水情况的影响,对比分析得出,粉煤灰基注浆材料的失水率低,保水性能较好。 During the stacking process,coal gangue accumulates heat and is prone to spontaneous combustion.In addition,fly ash,as a solid waste generated by coal-fired power plants,has adverse effects on the environment during the accumulation process.Therefore,in order to solve the current situation of spontaneous combustion in gangue hills,fly ash is chosen as the main matrix to prepare grouting fire extinguishing materials,in order to achieve the goal of“treating waste with waste”.In order to ensure that such spontaneous gangue hills are completely extinguished and not re-ignited,this article takes spontaneous gangue hills as the research object,starting from the fire extinguishing and re-combustion materials,combining the characteristics of fly ash,considering local materials,and using the fly ash discharged from the industrial park as the main raw material,so as to prepare a stable performance of fly ash-based grouting material,which is used to extinguish spontaneous combustion gangue hills.Research has been carried out from the aspects of raw material formulation design,material physical and chemical properties,etc.The four factors of water-cement ratio,solids ratio,water glass in cement mass fraction and lime content have been investigated on the fluidity,viscosity and water separation of the grouting fire extinguishing material.According to the influencing rules of performance indicators such as the rate,it is concluded that the best raw material ratio for each performance is:water-cement ratio 0.6,fly ash content 70%,lime content 20%and water glass accounted for 6%of the cement mass fraction.The influence of experimental temperature on the water loss of loess-based grouting materials,lime-based grouting materials and fly ash-based grouting materials is discussed.The comparative analysis shows that the water loss rate of fly ash-based grouting materials is low and water retention performance is better.
