摘要
在大力发展新质生产力的时代背景下,高等教育面临着创新人才培养的新要求,同时还需响应《中国教育现代化2035》提出的实现规模化教育与个性化培养有机结合的教育目标。通过对能力本位教育的起源与发展历程的分析发现,以培养学生能力为宗旨的能力本位教育虽然起源于职业培训,但在普通高等教育领域也取得了明显成效。高校应在由专业基础能力、学生与自我的互动能力、学生与工具的互动能力以及学生与社会的互动能力构成的高校学生核心能力框架基础上,通过制定以核心能力为导向的精准学习目标、构建与学习目标相映射的全面性课程体系、完善以能力培养为核心的多元化评估机制等途径提升高校学生核心能力。
In the era of vigorously developing new quality productivity,higher education is confronted with the new requirements of training innovative talents,and it also needs to respond to the education goal of realizing the organic combination of large-scale education and personalized training proposed by China’s Education Modernization 2035.Through the analysis of the origin and development process of competency-based education,it is found that although competency-based education with the purpose of cultivating students’ability originated from vocational training,it has also achieved obvious results in the field of general higher education.On the basis of in-depth exploration of the conceptual essence of competence and the construction of college students’core competence,the core competence framework of college students is established,which is composed of professional basic competence,the ability to interact between students and themselves,between students themselves and tools,and between students themselves and the society.Based on this,three strategies for competency-based cultivation of core competence of college students are proposed,namely,precise learning goals oriented by core competence,comprehensive curriculum system mapped to learning objectives,and diversified assessment mechanism.
