“建筑力学”课程分层教学改革的研究与实践

摘要 近年来,广东省内高职院校仍然保持着比较大的招生规模,同时也出现生源质量逐年下滑的现象。为探索适应当前生源现状的“建筑力学”教学模式,实现人才培养目标,教学团队进行了分层教学改革的研究与实践。教学团队通过学情调研对学生的学习基础进行摸底,并据此制定出“建筑力学”分层教学内容。在分层教学实施过程中,教学团队根据学生的学习特点,从课堂保障措施、提升学习效率等方面提出了一些建议。通过分层教学实践,教学团队分析了制约“建筑力学”课程学习的若干影响因素,研究了课程学习与学习基础之间的关联度。教学团队还分析了“建筑力学”分层教学改革对人才培养效果的影响,指出分层教学能更有效提高人才培养的质量。 In recent years,higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province have still maintained a large scale of enrollment,and the quality of students has declined year by year.In order to explore the “construction mechanics” teaching model that adapts to the current status of students and achieve the goal of talent training,the teaching team has carried out research and practice of hierarchical teaching reform.The teaching team found the foundation of students' learning through academic surveys,and formulated the hierarchical teaching content accordingly.In the process of hierarchical teaching,the team made some suggestions from the aspects of classroom guarantee measures and improvement of learning efficiency based on the characteristics of students.Through the teaching practices,the team analyzed several influencing factors that restrict the learning of construction mechanics,and studied the correlation between the course learning and learning foundation.The teaching team also analyzed the impact of the reform of the layered teaching reform on the effect of talent training,and pointed out that stratified teaching can improve the quality of talent training more effectively.
