摘要
目的探讨沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘急性发作的临床疗效。方法选取医院2022年5月至12月收治的哮喘急性发作患儿100例,按治疗方法的不同分为观察组和对照组,各50例。两组患儿均予布地奈德,观察组加用沙丁胺醇,均雾化吸入。每次治疗时间控制在10 min左右,3 d 1次,持续治疗7 d。结果观察组总有效率为96.00%,显著高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿症状体征改善时间显著短于对照组,各维度生活质量评分显著高于对照组,肺功能指标显著优于对照组,血清学指标显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论沙丁胺醇联合布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童哮喘,有助于改善临床症状、肺功能、血清学指标和生活质量。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of salbutamol combined with budesonide nebulized inhalation in the treatment of acute asthma attacks in children.Methods A total of 100 children with acute asthma attacks admitted to the hospital from May to December 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to different treatment methods,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were nebulized and inhaled with budesonide,on this basis,the observation group was nebulized and inhaled with salbutamol.The treatment should be controlled at around 10 min,once every 3 d,and continue for 7 d.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.00%,which was significantly higher than 80.00% in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms and signs in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the quality of life scores in all dimensions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The lung function indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the serological indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Salbutamol combined with budesonide nebulized inhalation in the treatment of acute asthma attacks in children can improve clinical symptoms,lung function,serological indicators,and quality of life.
