摘要
目的探讨医护一体化模式在骨科护理中的应用效果。方法选取医院骨科病区2020年10月至2021年10月收治的骨科关节置换术患者76例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各38例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用医护一体化护理。结果观察组患者预约等待、异常反馈、执行医嘱、平均住院时间均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),且医-护-患满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化模式用于骨科关节置换术护理,有利于提升医护间的配合度和医疗护理质量,缩短患者的康复时间,提高医-护-患满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of the integrated medical and nursing model in orthopedic nursing.Methods A total of 76 patients with orthopedic joint replacement surgery admitted to the orthopedic ward of the hospital from October 2020 to October 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine care,while the observation group received integrated medical and nursing care.Results The time of appointment waiting,abnormal feedback,execution of medical orders,average length of hospital stay in the observation group was significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),and their satisfaction of doctors,nurses,and patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The integrated medical and nursing model used for orthopedic joint replacement surgery nursing is beneficial for improving the cooperation and quality of medical care between doctors and nurses,shortening the recovery time of patients,and improving the satisfaction of doctors,nurses,and patients.
