某电厂#1机组灵活性改造后运行总结

摘要 为提高机组调峰能力、增加调峰收益,应对现货交易市场变化,电厂对机组进行了灵活性改造,改造内容主要包括增加空冷岛温度监视测点,提升罗茨真空泵的抽真空能力,更换可全关中排蝶阀。通过对改造前后运行指标进行对比分析,发现灵活性改造后,机组在投运过程中运行平稳,汽轮机各项监测数据正常,机组调峰能力显著提升,调峰收益明显增加,热电解耦能力及运行灵活性大大提高,而且由于热损失减少,节能效果更明显。需要注意机组长期低负荷运行,背压及低压缸排汽温度控制难度加大,操作风险应引起重视。 In order to improve the peak shaving capacity of the unit,increase the peak shaving revenue,and cope with the changes in the spot trading market,the power plant has carried out a flexible transformation of the unit.The transformation mainly includes increasing the temperature monitoring points of the air cooling island,improving the vacuum pumping capacity of Roots vacuum pumps,and replacing the fully closed intermediate discharge butterfly valve.Through the comparative analysis of the operation indexes before and after the transformation,after the flexibility transformation,the unit operates stably during the operation process,the monitoring data of the steam turbine are normal,the peak shaving capacity of the unit is significantly improved,the peak shaving income is significantly increased,the thermoelectric decoupling ability and operation flexibility are greatly improved,and the energy saving effect is more obvious due to the reduction of heat loss.Attention should be paid to the long-term low load operation of the unit,the difficulty of controlling the back pressure and exhaust steam temperature of the low-pressure cylinder increases,and the operational risk should be paid attention to.
