数字技术赋能中华文化全球传播的策略研究

摘要 为探讨数字技术在推动中华文化全球传播过程中的作用与路径,提出有效利用数字技术提升中华文化传播力的策略建议。本研究系统分析了中华文化全球传播的现状及挑战,梳理了数字技术在文化传播中的应用现状。研究发现,中华文化在全球传播中呈现出文化自觉、多元融合、重视审美的特点,但同时也面临着文化差异、传播渠道单一、内容呈现单一等问题。为充分发挥数字技术的赋能作用,研究提出加大对数字文化产业的投入、培养数字文化人才、鼓励数字技术在文化传播中的创新应用、构建中国与其他国家的跨国文化交流合作机制、参与国际数字文化治理等策略。通过上述策略的实施,有望进一步提升中华文化在全球范围内的传播力和影响力,为增强中国的文化软实力贡献力量。 To explore the role and pathways of digital technology in promoting the global dissemination of Chinese culture,this study proposes effective strategies for utilizing digital technology to enhance the global influence of Chinese culture.The research systematically analyzes the current status and challenges of the global dissemination of Chinese culture,and examines the application of digital technology in cultural communication.The findings reveal that the global transmission of Chinese culture exhibits characteristics of cultural consciousness,diversified integration,and emphasis on aesthetics,while also facing issues such as cultural differences,limited communication channels,and monotonous content presentation.To fully unleash the enabling power of digital technology,the study suggests the following strategies:increased investment in the digital cultural industry,cultivation of digital cultural talents,encouragement of innovative applications of digital technology in cultural communication,establishment of transnational cultural exchange and cooperation mechanisms between China and other countries,and participation in international digital cultural governance.The implementation of these strategies is expected to further enhance the global dissemination and influence of Chinese culture,contributing to the strengthening of China's cultural soft power.
