Ag-Cu基非晶钎料钎焊异种金属性能研究

Study on the Properties of Ag-Cu Based Amorphous Filler for Brazing Different Metals

摘要 通过单辊急冷快速凝固装置制备的Ag-Cu基合金钎料用于焊接硬质合金与钢两种异种金属,通过调节高频感应钎焊的电流和时间获得最佳的焊接参数,对于焊接接头使用EDS、万能试验机对组织结构、析出相、形貌和力学性能进行分析。结果表明:YG 16/Ag 41 Cu 42 Sn 12 In 5/45钢接头在钎焊电流控制在30 A、钎焊时间25 s、保温时间20 s时,可获得质量较好的接头,最高平均剪切强度达到97 MPa。而当焊接电流低于30 A,钎焊时间和保温时间过少时焊缝不饱满,接头质量差。在非晶钎焊时,由于硬质合金片较轻,应在焊接时对接头施加压力保证焊接效果。 The Ag-Cu based alloy brazing material prepared by a single roll rapid cooling solidification device is used to weld the dissimilar metals of hard alloy and steel.The optimal welding parameters are obtained by adjusting the high-frequency induction brazing current and time.The microstructure,precipitates,morphology,and mechanical properties of the welded joints are analyzed using SEM and universal testing machines.The results show that the YG 16/Ag 41 Cu 42 Sn 12 In 5/45 steel joint can obtain high-quality joints with the highest average shear strength of 97 MPa when the brazing current is controlled at 30 A,the brazing time is 25 s,and the insulation time is 20 s.When the welding current is below 30 A and the brazing time and insulation time are too short,the weld seam is not full and the joint quality is poor.During amorphous brazing,due to the lightweight nature of the hard alloy sheet,pressure should be applied to the joint during welding to ensure welding effectiveness.
