中职学校青年教师“1+1+2”专业成长培养模式的科学研究与实践

摘要 本研究以计算机类专业青年教师为研究对象,探讨青年教师专业成长培养模式的设计、实践与应用。遵循培养个性化、注重实践、教学相长的原则,构建以需求调研和分析、培训和研修活动、实践教学和教学相长、个性化成长支持为主要步骤的“1+1+2”专业成长培养模式。在实践与应用中,结合学校的实际情况,详细阐述模式的实施流程和操作规范,为边疆地区青年教师的专业成长提供有益的经验和启示。 This study focuses on young teachers majoring in computer science,explore the design,practice,and application of professional growth training models for young teachers.Following the principles of cultivating individuality,emphasizing practice,and promoting mutual learning and teaching,we have constructed a"1+1+2"professional growth training model with the main steps of demand research and analysis,training and training activities,practical teaching and mutual learning,and personalized growth support.In practice and application,based on the actual situation of the school,elaborated on the implementation process and operational specifications of the model,it provides useful experience and inspiration for the professional growth of young teachers in border areas.
